My name is Geraldine Claire Osowska and I'm an accredited Psychotherapist based in Wilmslow delivering:

Providing quality mental health support is my passion. For the last 20 years I have been fortunate enough to work across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, within the NHS and private sector, supporting adults and adolescents to recover from a range of mental health difficulties.

DBT

Geraldine uses DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY SKILLS training to help you regulate your emotions and feel more in control of your behaviours.

CBT

Geraldine uses COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY to help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

SCHEMA THERAPY

Geraldine uses SCHEMA THERAPY to help you process and heal the past.
SCHEMA THERAPY helps you build strategies in order to help you move forward. 

A Safe Space

Geraldine Claire Therapy provides evidence-based psychological therapies to treat a range of mental health difficulties and specialises in treating:

The First Steps

  • When you contact Geraldine Claire Therapy myself or my lovely PA Gail, will aim to contact you as soon as possible.

  • You will be offered a free 15 minute telephone consultation.

  • We can then go on to arrange a 60 minute or 90 minute online Initial Meeting, depending on your needs.

  • At the Initial Meeting we will talk about your reasons for coming to therapy and potentially your goals (don't worry if you can't think of any goals this is very normal). We will discuss the type of therapy which might be best suited to you.

  • We can then arrange a day and time to meet weekly, and you can begin your therapy journey!
